This paper bag machine can produce 1 ply bags, 2 ply bags and also 3 ply bags.
Bag widths: 250mm, 280mm, 300mm and 350mm.
Bottom widths: from min. 90 to 130mm.
Finished bag/sack lengths: from 420mm to 650mm.
Production speed: max approx 60 finished sacks/min.
Print repeats: from min. 420mm to max 750mm.
Available parts for following sack lengths: 420mm, 440mm, 470mm, 500mm, 530mm, 560mm, 580mm,
610mm, 650mm, 700mm, 750mm.
The in-line CMF Flexo is equipped for 6 colors and its equipment covers 2/4 print cylinders for each size.
The machine is equipped with: bottom patch unit and one color print.
The CMF 6 colour flexo has a max print width of 800 mm, print repeat from 420mm to max 750mm, the print units rotate also when the flexo is stopped.
With electric drying section.
